Faye is one of those hint of something larger eateries where underneath the genuinely dull surface is a ton of hard unite and innovativeness.

The food follows a comparable DIY drive. Dimabuyo consistently has a sourdough starter in a hurry and prepares numerous portions every day. The group makes its own refined margarine, ricotta and pasta. Expect handrolled rye garganelli (a barrel shaped pasta) with smoky Corner Inlet infant octopus and garbage ragu; butterflied yellow-eye mullet with unpleasant barbecued cos and stinging weed; and a plate of tacky caramelized eggplant with dark garlic and matured mushrooms.
