The Envoy, a cocktail bar and restaurant situated on the 3rd floor of The Pottinger Hotel at the intersection of Stanley Street is a modern take on the colonial influences of Hong Kong. The feel of the place seems to be spot on of turn of the century European design influences mark the walls and furniture, juxtaposed with earthier, rustic motifs. Using tea as a key element in both the cocktails, Sunday Brunch, Afternoon High Tea, as well as the new-in Colonial Small Plates menu. The staff is professional, that's what makes this bar so nice. Fabulous service is something that guests note in their comments.
Loving the new menu at The Envoy, the virgin cocktail is included in the drink menu and under each category making my non booze drinking friends much more included. The bar has great ambience with different seating arrangements making it a place for solo drinkers, dates, groups and corporate crowd.
