ARTE Canggu, a relaxed beach-side space to enjoy the flavours of a wood fired oven and home-made Italian cuisine. Surrounded by the works of local artists in a collaborative environment, they aim to inspire artistic minds and creative thinking, with a warm relaxed atmosphere and comforting food.
In the hope of providing a space that reflects Bali’s creative energy and community spirit, they will be exhibiting the work of local artists through the space. Every piece can be purchased onsite, with 10% of the sale donated to charity and the rest going entirely to the artist.
Pizza is in their heart, their family passion. With this love we are creating a wood fired oven pizza that combines a long leavening dough enriched by fresh local flavours. Making fresh pasta every day, the way their Italian ‘nonna’ does. Following her recipes and instructions, you will find a selection of traditional kinds of pasta, to be combined with unique sauces.
A beachside hangout cannot miss a great aperitive time. That’s why we are mastering the most loved and drunk ‘aperitivo italiano’: Spritz! They can’t think of the sunny seaside without the thought of a refreshing artisanal gelato. Their ice-cream flavours are designed to add that extra sweetness in your day, without any sense of guilt.
