What do you think about SPW ushers in the new year by pitting Southeast Asia’s best wrestlers against one another at SPW BOILING POINT ?

Singapore Pro Wrestling presents, SPW BOILING POINT, a highly anticipated wrestling show that is set to take place on 22nd February 2019, Friday from 7pm onwards at 397 Lorong 2 Toa Payoh.

SPW enjoyed unprecedented international fanfare following its first-ever women’s show, SPW LADIES NIGHT, held this past December, which shined the spotlight on talented female performers from across Asia. SPW aims to dazzle its audience once again with a series of high-flying and jaw-dropping wrestling matches featuring Southeast Asia’s best wrestlers. A unique form of live entertainment, SPW focuses not only on athleticism, but also on dramatic yet relatable storylines that reel audiences in.

“SPW tells scintillating family-friendly stories of resilience and the human spirit that anyone can enjoy. Our local and international performers come in all shapes, sizes and colours. Furthermore, our local wrestlers will be challenging rising regional talents from Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand at SPW BOILING POINT. Let them captivate you with their stunts and storytelling, and show you a night that you’ll never forget,” says Vadim Koryagin, founder and head trainer of Singapore Pro Wrestling.

Hosted at SPW’s spiritual home ground of Toa Payoh's Singapore Federation of Chinese Clans Association, BOILING POINT will kick off SPW’s calendar of live events for 2019.

“Lokomotiv” Ivan Markov, will defend the SPW Southeast Asian Championship against the best Singapore has to offer. Last seen in the region at SPW ONE NIGHT IN BANGKOK, Lokomotiv narrowly escaped with his belt when The Statement almost helped Trexxus defeat Lokomotiv. What will both Trexxus and The Statement do when the defending champion from Russia returns with the prestigious red belt?

On the home front, the Mighty Dragon Family have been buoyed by fans calling for a rematch between them and the Southeast Asian Tag Team Champions, GM Carl Hella and Power Warrior. Will management grant our local fan favourites ‘one last chance’?

Speaking of Southeast Asian titlists, Gatoh Move Pro Wrestling's dominant Bad Company will be making their first appearance in a SPW ring since 2017. Which local tandem will stand up to the invasion by these two merciless brutes?

From across the causeway, reigning Malaysia Pro Wrestling Champion Gotham and his partner Furious Faizal will be looking to wreak more havoc in Singapore, after having made an example of SPW’s Dr. Gore and the Eurasian Dragon. Led by the intrepid father of Malaysian wrestling, Shaukat, a contingent of MYPW stars will seek to make their mark here at SPW BOILING POINT.

SPW fans can also expect to see local mainstays like The Horrors, Alexis Lee, the Social Misfits and more in action at 2019's launch.

Tickets are going at $50/$30, so book your seats early to avoid disappointment. Have a blast with us when we kick off 2019 by making our return to Toa Payoh!

Tickets for the event can be purchased directly online or from any participating wrestlers.
