Singapore’s most highly anticipated Sky High Brunch returns for its second edition of 2018.

CÉ LA VI Restaurant and SkyBar transform into an adults-only tropical oasis, set against panoramic views of Singapore’s Strait and Bay, perfect for partygoers. Modern Asian meets Pan Asian, with an exciting culinary collaboration between CÉ LA VI’s Executive Chef Joey Sergentakis and Samia Ahad, Chef-Founder of Coriander Leaf, for the first time at Sky High Brunch.

With exceptional creations at its core, the brunch features its acclaimed bottomless flow of Veuve Clicquot and innovative cocktails. Infectious beats, life-sized games and sunny island vibes create an unparalleled boozy rooftop daytime party.

The extensive brunch spread includes nine dedicated counters showcasing some of Asia’s best dishes, from Satays and Curry to Steamed Baos and Burmese Khao Suey. Delectables like Pork Collar Satay, Ayam Lilit Satay, Persian Beef Kebab, Harissa Lamb Chops, Steamed Baos with a choice of Korean Braised Beef Brisket, Singapore Soft-Shell Crab, Hoison Shredded Duck or Chinese BBQ Pork Collar filling will make an appearance along with curries such as, Indian Ginger Butter Tiger Prawns, Thai Cod Fish Jungle Curry, Peranakan Ayam Buah Keluak and Indonesian Young Jackfruit Curry.

Completing the unprecedented curation is the Raw bar featuring Atlantic Oysters, New Zealand Mussels, King Crab Legs and Tiger Prawns, the Meze counter offering Spanakopita, Hummus, Labne, Muhamarra and Imam Bayildi amongst others whilst the highlights of Salad bar include the likes of Turkish Watermelon Salad, Fattoush and Japanese Spinach Gomae and the Dessert bar shocases all time favourites.

The lavish lunchtime spread is complemented by a four-hour endless flow of Veuve Clicquot Yellow NV and contemporary cocktails including Royal Cosmopolitan, Thyme Tom Colin and Cuba Libre Old Fashioned. Everyone’s favourite boozy brunch further spoils for choice by including an array of premium pour spirits, beers and non-alcoholic beverages to ensure there is something for everyone.

Setting the tone of the party, CÉ LA Vi’s veteran resident DJs Brandon P and Joshua P will enliven the vibrant atmosphere through their signature brand of House beats, while live jamming with Singapore’s very own

Enjoyed a great Sky High Brunch, staff was amazing and interactive. Drinks were plentiful and the food was fantastic. Definitely sets the bar for a new experience for brunch in Singapore. Looking forward to the next one. Kirk was a great host and made the afternoon very entertaining. I highly recommend. First appeared on TripAdvisor
