What do you think about AIA Glow Festival Sat 25 May 2019 7am-11pm. The World’s Most Energising Wellness And Music Festival?

The AIA Glow Festival is a health and wellness event for the 21st century. It is not about spiritual healing, it is not a retreat.

We want to create a experience that brings together the most celebrated things in life - health and wellness, food, music and community. It is a journey. Turn your positive glow from the fitness and wellness activities and wholesome treats and bites into something that radiates from you into the people around you. As the sun sets, you'll see how everything will begin to glow with you as the party atmosphere turns up into a musical feast that feeds your mind, body and soul. The best version of you Glows.

Since their Mercury Prize nominated, No.1 debut album, Home, Rudimental have soared with success. With sold out tours and headlining major festivals, they have brought their unique sound to millions worldwide, establishing themselves as one of the most vibrant and exciting live shows around.

Now established as one of the UK’s biggest acts with platinum record sales, a BRIT award for their single ‘Waiting All Night’ and a sell out tour, Rudimental’s international profile continues to soar. With platinum sales in Australia, huge popularity in Europe and a successful tour of the US with Ed Sheeran, global stardom beckons for the East London four piece.

In 2015, the band returned with another No.1 smash, We The Generation. From the gospel-tinged I Will For Love, to the reggae-meets-drum’n’bass sparkle of Love Ain’t Just A Word, to the soulful balladry of Platinum selling, Ed Sheeran collaboration Bloodstream and Lay It All On Me, the album represents the essence of this multi-cultural, multi-genre collective; love, peace and unity.

Now Rudimental are back and are about to release their third album ‘Toast To Our Differences’, on Major Toms in January 2019 and will be taking this album on tour around the world.

With the likes of Rita Ora, RAYE, Kojey Radical, Macklemore, Jess Glynn and more tapped for collaborations, the new project sees the Brit-Award winning group link up with a slew of homegrown and international talents to form a natural extension of their signature sound.

We cannot wait for Rudimental to hit the AIA Glow Festival stage in May 2019. Be there with us and don’t miss the party of the year.

AIA Glow Festival is thrilled to be partnering with Pure Yoga to offer 6 different yoga zones: Specialised yoga, Grounding and Strengthening, Dynamic flow, Healing and Meditation, Masterclasses and Family yoga.

Each zone will have a different goal in mind, and several different classes to choose from but they will all give you an inner Glow that will stay with you for the whole day and night.

Taught in a slower pace, with detailed instructions, classes in the Grounding & Strengthening zone will teach you about the alignment of each posture while strengthening and toning the body. You will also walk away with increased flexibility and better body- mind connection.

The first class in this zone is Hatha for hips & hamstrings. Our legs hold us up all day long so it's time to give them some love. Working on the lower body is especially important if your job requires a lot of sitting. Find freedom in your body as you enjoy stretching and strengthening the muscles that work so hard for you every day.

Next we have Hatha for shoulders/ arm balance. Pure Yoga says “Being strong ain’t easy. The shoulders are one of the most common areas that hold stress, whether you are a lifter, doctor, lawyer or teacher. If you work at a desk, you know this is where most of the tension is felt by the end of the day. Holding the world on your shoulders is tough. Stabilize what supports you and loosen up.”

Then another Hatha class this time for your core. A strong core creates a stable and sustainable practice. It provides support for our daily activities, and can even prevent injuries. Achieving a strong core doesn’t have to be painful or dreadful. Come try out a Core class and smile, practice, get strong together.

Finally we have Hatha for backbends. Backbends have an energising effect on the body - stretching the front part of the body also teaches us to be a little more open. Join in this backbend themed Hatha class to enjoy an optimal feeling of depth and upliftment.
