To request a flight, hotel or car rental change or cancellation online at Zuji click this link and follow the prompts.
If the change or cancellation you wish to make is for travel on Jetstar, Scoot,Tiger Airways and Air Asia you will need to contact the airline directly.
The airline reference number and contact details will be within your original flight confirmation email that you were sent from the airline at the time of making the reservation.
If you process your change or cancellation request online, you will be charged a fee of $25 per booking (Online Change Fee).
If you process your change or cancellation with ZUJI over the phone, you will be charged a fee of $50 per booking (Telephone Change Fee).
Please note: Airline cancellation/change fees may apply as well.
If you encounter any difficulties using the online forms you can email ZUJI at [email protected]. Their Customer Service Centre is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Please note: If your flight or hotel stay is less than 24 hours away we may need to direct you to the airline or hotel directly. Contact details will be provided during the online change process.
