The food spread and quality at the breakfast and lunch @ Makan is fantastic. It brings out the food paradise of Malaysia.
Staff are friendly and efficient. The work enthics are prob a result of the great Hilton Hotel culture and as the people of Malaysia as they stride in progress as a nation and KL a cosmo city.
Amenities wise, as a business traveller hotel, the gym is small and little to expect of and the pool is under designed with a shallow depth of 0.8m, which is quite disappointing. Otherwise the sauna and steam room are spacious and better than thought.
One peeve however is the guest lift which is slow and the stairway are designed disorientating due to its building design and it can be a nightmare in the event of a fire escape.
I rated it a 4/5 for a business traveller hotel as the rooms are geneously spacious even for small families on holidays. Rock on Hilton Doubletree KL.
