With its official launch on Sunday, 28 July 2019 from 5.30 pm – 10 pm, guests at Summerlong experienced a true taste of the casual, laid back atmosphere of Sunday Vibes with DJ Patrick Oliver helming the decks.

Sunday Vibes continues on the last Sunday of the month through until October 2019 with dates set aside including Sunday, 25 August 2019, Sunday 29 September and Sunday 27 October 2019, 5.30 pm – 10 pm introducing a featured DJ on each of the dates.

From the Kebab selection, highlights include the Grilled Chicken Kebab ($10++), with lime and coriander, romesco, avocado and almonds; or for a nourishing vegetarian option, opt for the Fried Falafel Kebab ($10++) with creamy tzatziki, crispy saffron potatoes, chickpea gremolata and pomegranate.

Must-try Mezze and Sides include the Classic Hummus ($12++), Corn Fritters ($17++), Kale Tabbouleh ($15++) and Spiced Broccoli ($12++). For more substantial dishes, try the tender Wagyu Beef Burger ($25++) with melted cheese, capsicum and dressed greens or the Grilled Barramundi ($32++) accompanied by grains, kombu butter and a refreshing salad.

For a sun-soaked destination that embraces an easy-going attitude, it is a breeze to sit back and enjoy a wide selection of beverages and cocktails with an emphasis on light, refreshing flavours.

Highlights include the Summer Spritz ($17++ glass/ $60++ jug) – a fun take on Gin, lemon, soda and cucumber; or opt for the Jalapeño Margarita ($17++ glass/$60++ jug), a great spicy alternative. Summerlong Sunday Vibes is also offering great wine and beer specials starting from $15++ for Summerlong’s signature wine by the glass, and Singapore Lager from $14++.
