Looking for a unique way to usher in the Chinese New Year? Jamie's Italian presents familiar, celebratory classics with a signature Jamie's twist!

At Jamie's Italian VivoCity, the Jamie’s Prosperity Yusheng ($56++ for 6 pax) offers a fresh take with the use of seasonal fruits and vegetables, abundantly topped with toasted nuts, spiced seeds, crispy “pasta-nuggets” and sustainably sourced smoked Norwegian salmon. Homemade orange vinaigrette and extra virgin olive oil are drizzled generously to complete the festive dish. Diners can also order the Golden Money Bags ($26.95++), parcels of homemade pasta stuffed with higher-welfare pork, sustainably sourced prawns, water chestnuts and tender leeks, served with a homemade arrabbiata sauce.

Only available at Jamie’s Italian Forum, enjoy the Whole Red Snapper al Cartoccio Style in Agrodolce Sauce ($36.95++) - sustainably sourced red snapper baked to perfection with locally farmed vegetables in an Italian sweet-and-sour sauce. To conclude the feasting, the Trifle de Orange ($16.95++) is a refreshing combination of orange-scented sponge cake, orange mascarpone made from higher-welfare milk, and candied citrus.

Jamie’s Italian began as a partnership between Jamie Oliver and his mentor, Gennaro Contaldo. The first restaurant opened in 2008 in Oxford and there are now 24 Jamie’s Italian outlets in the UK and over 30 internationally, including South Africa, Dubai and Brazil. All the restaurants serve delicious Italian classics with a Jamie twist, made with the best, sustainable and locally sourced ingredients, including fresh pasta made on site, every day.
