Salmon Sashimi Pizza is an exquisite taste from the ocean
Taking inspiration from Sashimi, an iconic dish of Japan, Salmon Sashimi Pizza is one of the favorite fusion pizzas at our restaurant.
Sashimi is well-known as an exquisite ingredient of nature. Through each Sashimi slice, diners can feel the purest taste of the ingredient.
At Pizza 4P’s, we use Salmon, the most reputed sashimi, due to its distinct refreshing flavor. To combine pizza and salmon sashimi, we tailored a special recipe for the base sauce with a hint of our House-made Ricotta. Ricotta has a subtle flavor which pairs surprisingly with the sashimi while still maintaining the original taste of fresh Salmon.
In order to enjoy the pure fresh taste, Salmon Sashimi will be served on the side and diners will top the sashimi onto their pizza themselves, in order to preserve the freshness of the salmon. This fusion pizza is now being served at all of our stores. Please come and experience!
