Breath the crisp Singapore air after months of staying at home as Stellar at 1-Altitude opens up an alfresco space along with its diner. This rooftop dining experience also comes with an all-new menu with 5-course elements featuring five amazing dishes - Sea & Tea, Heart of Daisies, A Grounded Bass, A Saucy Pig or A Cow in The Woods, and Dessert Art. You can pick a dessert from their five magnificent choices, our favourite remains 50 Shades of Orange made with citruses, mango apricot sorbet, orange carrots, fresh tomatoes and passion fruit.

I love Stellar. It has been. Few years since I have had lunch here. The set menu lunch is great value at $48 for three courses. My selection today was a carrot almond granola and yuzu appetiser followed by pan toasted free range chicken with sweet corn, leek and a dash of kaffir like and and ending of stellar dessert strawberry sorbet with coconut pearls - just gorgeous and delicious. Thank you team for a delightful interlude on a working day xx

Gorgeous, stunning, excellent view. Great service, and excellent menu. Often you can experience the great views if you get the window seating, although every seat in the room has a spectacular view. Book in advance and snag a window seat. Lunch is especially wonderful as the views across the water are nothing short of spectacular.

I believe one of the highest el fresco restaurants/bar in the world. What a menu and what amazing variety of such high level food. The view is to die for as well.
