The official name of the flag is Sang Saka Merah-Putih (meaning "lofty bicolour Red and White"). From the team behind Merah Putih Restaurant, Sangsaka is a casual 40 seat modern Indonesian restaurant with counter top kitchen. Using a wide range of traditional flavours from woods such as coffee, clove, rambutan and coconut husk, executive chef Kieran Morland has created Sangsaka, a 40-seater Indonesian restaurant in the heart of Bali's Kerobokan area.
