The champagne brunch at Brasserie Les Saveurs is more of a grand event than a Sunday Brunch, It's three-hours (12-3pm) of sheer delight and tops the list for this reporter. All luxury, replete with crystal chandeliers and high ceilings, the restaurant reinforces your faith in French cuisine being one of the most delectable in the world. Start your experience with a complimentary hour of cocktails and apéritifs such as Smoked Salmon Tartare, Avocado & Salmon Caviar; 11:00am to 12:00pm at Astor Bar followed by a free-flow of your preferred Champagne with your meal. Popular is the S$198++ per person, inclusive of a flow of ‘R' de Ruinart Brut NV, wines, Tiger beer, soft drinks, juices and freshly brewed coffee and tea - although to engage in the finer things in life, select the S$486++ per person, inclusive of a flow of Krug Grand Cuvée NV. Light, live jazz music will sooth the soul as you graze on a selection of exceptional à la minute dishes od appetizers, mains and sweet sensations. Expect individually prepared breakfast selections including a scrambled egg with Black Truffle Shavings or a classic Smoked Salmon Egg Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce. There is a Succulent Grilled Seafood selection, Grilled Beef Tenderloin served with Green Peas and French Beans, a Baked Cod Fish option served with Lentil Ragout, Shimeji Mushrooms and Green Asparagus and the delicious Baked Tomatoes stuffed with Impossible Meat, Rocket Pesto and a Ratatouille accompaniment. I've experienced this once for a high profile dinner and everything was well above board. From the amazing food, drinks and professional and friendly staff!
