Making waves for Modern Italian cuisine made from classic recipes and contemporary techniques by Chef Simone Fraternali, Solo Ristorante is pleased to introduce IL SOLO Easter Brunch on Sunday 4 April 2021 - Easter Sunday from 12pm to 3pm. The Easter Brunch promises a veritable feast of Italian classics that will transport one to la casa della nonna del cuoco - Chef’s Grandma’s kitchen in his hometown of Gradara, in the midst of a family celebration.

Guests can look forward to a casual free-flow style meal of classic favourites given an elevated twist by the talented chef in a cosy setting. The highlight is undoubtedly the Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb, which is a traditional festive favourite, as well as spring ingredients such as white asparagus and artichoke.
