Native Kitchen is an interesting take on a mix of Asian and Polynesian cuisine. The menu is quite extensive although it does pride itself on Sharing Platters - and these platters are quite substantial in portion. The meat and seafood platter was quite impressive with a good selection enough for 4 people to share. Platters are the focus here. My suggestion is to select a number of items from the menu and then all dig in and enjoy the comfort food. It's hearty and it's wholesome. I started with the Watermelon & Feta Salad ($14) which is served with watermelon, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes and cucumber in a lime dressing and tossed with chia seeds. This was a refreshing dish that gave me an appetite to get through what was to come. The Bebek Goreng ($25), a Balinese-styled deep fried duck served with jasmine rice was my favourite though. The Duck fell off the bone and the rice was cooked to perfection. It is a simple dish but I am a simple eater so this was the star for me and the price was affordable especially when it comes to duck. The restaurant is quite cavernous allowing for larger groups and the space is versatile also allowing for bigger events to take place in the space. Native Kitchen is a good option when you next visit Sentosa. It is conveniently located within walking distance from Beach Station so it's easily accessible for all to enjoy.

Go on a gastronomical “island hopping” adventure with the Native Kitchen all-day dining menu that celebrates the best of Asian and Polynesian island culture. Helmed by Executive Chef Patrice Godino from France, the restaurant’s menu features iconic dishes from various islands, including fruits, meats and seafood prepared with a tropical twist. Native Kitchen, located within Village Hotel at Sentosa, uses fresh ingredients and culinary techniques that bring out their natural flavors, and has proven to be a carefree oasis for brunch, lunch and dinner guests to share meals. They offer great sharing platters that are full and plentiful. Try the meat platter when you visit Native Kitchen....it's awesome
