A kaleidoscope of senses enthralls you, as you stare at the entrance of Black Sheep Bistro in the busy streets of Panjim. The glass door shimmers and invites you to a world beyond a menu conceptualized by the husband-wife duo – Prahlad and Sabreen. One is greeted by the bar with high chairs to perch on for a quick drink, or you can move into the inner dining area or even the outdoor terraced area. The menu though inspired globally is produced and created locally. Fresh salads, tapas and inspired Goan cuisine are some of the creations that are talked about far and wide. Try the peanut-crusted seared 'Fish Fillet' and the 'Red Salad' whilst you sip on a 'Silver Bullet Martini'. End one’s meal with the 'Chocolate Lava Cake' or the warm 'Date Cake' paired with 'Cinnamon Lattes' and 'Cappuccino'. Experimentation galore, one could ask for the new creations to surprise you.
