We’ve been good this year by socially distancing ourselves, staying at home and even working from our little cocoon. But it’s been a while since we’ve stepped out and enjoyed a delicious meal.
Singapore’s popular restaurants understand the feeling and have come up with amazing dishes in their respective new menus to give you a taste of something fresh. Let’s check them out!

Breath the crisp Singapore air after months of staying at home as Stellar at 1-Altitude opens up an alfresco space along with its diner. This rooftop dining experience also comes with an all-new menu with 5-course elements featuring five amazing dishes - Sea & Tea, Heart of Daisies, A Grounded Bass, A Saucy Pig or A Cow in The Woods, and Dessert Art. You can pick a dessert from their five magnificent choices, our favourite remains 50 Shades of Orange made with citruses, mango apricot sorbet, orange carrots, fresh tomatoes and passion fruit.

Basilico is celebrating its 12 years of existence and serving flavourful dishes to Singapore. They’ve got a special menu ‘Basilico Best of the Best’ in place for August featuring the best dish of each year, and we’re drooling just thinking about them. They’ve got a marvellous Bombette alla Locorotondese from 2008 featuring Wagyu Beef Roll stuffed with Smoked Scamorza; Porchetta alla Romana from 2013 featuring Slow-cooked Roman-style Crispy Pork Belly infused with Fennel Seeds, Braised Sour Cabbage and Caramelized Apple; and Focaccia al Tartufo from 2019 featuring Three-milk Robiola Cheese, Mascarpone, and Provolone Focaccia with Norcia Black Truffle. Yum.
