FATBOWLS is the brother of Beurre SG! Fatbowls is positioned to be the purveyor of Umami, quality gourmet bowls, with extremely good value.

XO Prawns

Fatbowls by Beurre promises Quality, Umami, and Good Value Ricebowls, Pastas, and Mashbowls. As the centrepiece for Umami, Good Value, and Quality cuisine, Fatbowls bring to the table the XO King Prawns Pasta (pictured above). The dish features two King Prawns Bathed in XO emulsion resting on a mix of Linguine, and Squid. The peppering of Local Ebi brings a crunchiness to the burst of flavours from the prawns. It definitely is the epitome of what Fatbowls stand for.

Sprinkled with fatty LardonBuckwheatIberico Pork Sausage Slices, and Shaved Parmesan with a choice of Maccheroni or Linguine, the Iberico ChorizoPasta is the very definition of comfort food. The dish is also topped with a soft-boiled sous vide egg cooked at 63 degrees Celsius, resulting in a creamy goodness that will bring you to seventh heaven.

Imagine sitting in something for 36 hours. That’s how long your pork has been sitting to stew and to absorb all the goodness of Fatbowls braised jus. Extremely Asian, yet packed with all the richness that pork has to offer. This might take you down the walk of memory lane when you miss mom’s home-cooked food. Comes with butter pilaf rice, runny onsen egg and mushrooms with leek. (S$12.80)

The favourite amongst the fans are the Umami Chicken (pictured above) or 36-hours Pulled Pork Pasta. The Umami Chicken Linguine brings a juicy chicken thigh, sous vide and grilled to perfection, coupled with Iberico Chorizo, Pink Sauce and Shaved Parmesan on top of a bed of Linguine.

Or, if you prefer pork, go for the 36-hours Pull Pork Pasta. The pork meat, braised for 36 hours and pulled by hand, is tender with every bite. The addition of Hot Pepper Marinara and Shave Parmesan adds a kick of spicy umami flavour held by the Maccheroni and preserved by the pork.

Some of the other fatbolws include: Pulled Pork Linguine. Pulled pork in pastas? It will be a pleasant surprise for ya! Umami pink sauce, large amounts of pulled pork, topped off with shaven parmesan cheese! (S$13.50). Mala Unagi Linguine. Linguine doused with the ever-savory and spicy mala to balance out the sweetness of that slab of unagi we present to you. Expect a mix of balanced flavor profiles combined to create that mouth explosion! Caution: Extremely spicy!
(S$14.00).
