A secret supper club who hold private pop-up dinners for members in Hong Kong, Melbourne and Singapore.
Their aim is to put home cooking back on the table and tell stories through food in the homes of locals - no matter how big or small.
Each event centres around a creative theme and is a collaborative effort by the Once Upon A Secret Supper team and partners.
They are food geeks and passionate cooks who love to create, dream, entertain and eat.

Once Upon A Secret Supper is a new secret dining society that has just launched in Singapore. Originally started in HK and Melbourne, the founder Angie Ma wanted to bring the concept to Singapore when she moved here last year.
The concept is essentially a collaboration with locals and partners to share stories about food and food culture. Each pop-up event centers around a creative theme in order to transport their guests to another place.
Previous themes include 'Journey to the 4 quarters of Old Jerusalem', 'It's Jungle Out There', 'The Enchanted Forest' and 'Journey on the Orient Express'. Each secret dinner is for one night only, never to be repeated again.
The secret dinners pop up in different locals’ homes and you can only get a seat by becoming a member on their website.

As a previous guest in HK described “You don’t know where it is, you don’t know what you’re going to eat. You don’t know what’s going to happen and who’s going to be here. There’s a rare form of person who signs on for that, but honestly, when you do, it’s good.”
Their next event will be Secretos de Mexico on Saturday 14 Sept 6:30pm where guests will be invited to explore the flavours and colours of the diverse hidden regions of Mexico.

Cost will be $168 for tasting menu, 4 cocktails and paired wines.

Like other secret supper clubs and underground restaurants, we like to keep an element of secrecy to surprise our guests.
We only reveal the home location the day before and only on the evening of the event do our guests have a chance to see the tasting menu and meet the other guests.
